Fire Safety

Stop, Drop & Roll

Teach children to Stop, Drop and Roll if their clothes catch on fire. Demonstrate it to them and have them practice. This will smother the file and put the flames out.

Teach children that during a fire they should stay low to the ground and crawl to safety, if the area is smokey.

Cut the base of the tree 2 inches from the trunk before putting the tree in a tree stand.
Do not leave lights on when the tree is unattended.
